Michigan ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Michigan Corporation Division requires Corporations and LLCs to file an Annual Report. The Annual Report form is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company 45 days in advance of the due date. Currently only Corporations may file the Annual Report online.

Corporation	May 1st	$25.00
Limited Liability Company	February 15th	$25.00

Q. When is the first report or statement due?

A. Profit corporations: May 15 after the year of incorporation
Nonprofit corporations:  October 1 after the year of incorporation

Michigan ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
